Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer to join our team at Full Circle. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing echocardiogram tests on patients, ensuring technical quality of images, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for echocardiogram tests, explain the procedure, and position patients for optimal imaging.
  • Select appropriate imaging techniques and ensure technical quality of images.
  • Enter and monitor patient data, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Provide excellent customer service, escalating issues as needed.
  • Perform quality assurance on equipment, identifying and reporting any malfunctions or issues.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities, contributing to the success of our department.
  • Take emergency calls within the department, ensuring prompt and effective response.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Cardiac Sonography Technology, Radiologic Technology, or Sonography Technology.
  • Certified in Basic or Advanced Life Support.
  • One of the following certifications: Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS), Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer (RCCS), or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS).
