The position offers a competitive salary range based on experience.
Compensation:$60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and manage legal documents, ensuring they are ready for attorney review.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of legal documents.
- Conduct research on relevant laws and regulations pertinent to litigation.
- Collect and compile evidence for use in legal proceedings.
- Draft legal correspondence and memoranda, including motions and pleadings.
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification.
- 1-3 years of experience in litigation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and various legal software applications.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with the legal field, particularly in employment law.
