Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Service Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology, especially company products and services.
  • Constantly scan the sales floor to ensure counters, devices, accessories, and walkways are accessible, clean, and functioning.
  • May greet customers, ensuring that for sales opportunities they are connected to a sales consultant in a timely manner.
  • Perform non-sales customer service transactions, including equipment returns and swaps, customer pickup for "buy-online-pick-up" in-store order fulfillment.
  • Serve as an in-store expert for Xfinity Mobile support, providing post-sales support for device data transfers and phone number ports.
  • Support the onboarding of Xfinity Mobile customers, post-sale or in tandem with a sales representative.
  • Assist Store Leadership in Inventory and Merchandising responsibilities, including checking and inspecting the back of the store for clean, secure, and appropriately placed inventory.
Requirements
  • Must be able to carry and lift up to 25-pound boxes, stand, and move about the store constantly.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.
