Reservations Coordinator

As a host/hostess at Ponte Winery, your day will be filled with interacting with guests and ensuring they have a memorable experience.

You will be responsible for greeting guests, responding to their requests, and seating them in a timely manner.

You will also be responsible for assigning reservations through Open Table and communicating with guests regarding wait times and availability.

The estimated salary for this position is $17.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Respond to guests requests promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure that our guests are seated in a timely manner.
• Assign reservations through Open Table with any special accommodations requested.
  • Communicate with guests regarding wait times and availability.
  • Process orders and payments in micros for associate lunches, beverages and to go orders.
  • Thank guests for dining with us and invite departing guests to return.
  • Be willing to support fellow associates in a team environment.
  • Complete closing side work in preparation for the next business day.
  • Execute any tasks as requested by management.
  • Understand and adhere to environmental standards set by the winery.
  • Understand and adhere to the Ponte values and service standards.
  • Maintain a safe work area and ensure the safety of guests and associates.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have exceptional attention to detail.
• Must be able to work varying schedules, includes weekends and holidays.
• Must have exceptional grooming standards consistent with company guidelines.
• Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must have the ability to obtain a Riverside County food handler's card.
