Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the event area by arranging tables and chairs as per the requirements of the event organizer.
- Welcome the event hosts and their guests, guiding them to the designated celebration space.
- Discuss the event details with the hosts and assist in setting up any requested decorations, food, or beverages.
- Display directional signs and markers for the event.
- Manage waste disposal and ensure cleanliness of tables, chairs, and the venue after the event concludes.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor: maintain a respectful, positive, and professional attitude towards a diverse group of participants and staff.
- Uphold appropriate appearance and conduct at all times.
- Assist in dismantling the event space, including loading vehicles and breaking down furniture.
- Certification in Adult/Child/Infant CPR, Adult AED, and First Aid (Training may be provided).
