Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the schedule and budget for new product introductions
  • Maintain constant communication with the team and management
  • Participate in efforts to identify causes and mitigation plans for issues affecting pump program productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Pursue cost-saving opportunities to maximize project profitability
  • Consolidate and present plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the project
  • Coordinate between project management and planning, project teams, and production line management as necessary to support plant output
  • Support Quality investigations as necessary when piece-part issues affect product deliveries
  • Verify internal processes are being executed to reduce the probability of engineering setbacks
  • Read and interpret drawings, provide markups, and coordinate drawing releases
  • Develop disposition and substantiation for stocked and delivered hardware
  • Coordinate the administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects within program guidelines
  • Help estimate and track project budget and schedule utilizing EVMS decision making

Requirements:

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
  • Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Active Security Clearance
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across departments and business units
  • Pump or mechanical geartrain design experience
