Floral Merchandiser

At Tops Friendly Markets, we are seeking a skilled Floral Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our floral department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Receive, cut, and mark products, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Water live plants and stock shelves/displays, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked floral department.
• Prepare customer orders for floral arrangements, balloons, plants, and other merchandise, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Maintain neat, clean, and attractive department conditions, adhering to company standards.
• Ensure proper operation of and temperatures in coolers and cases, preventing spoilage and ensuring food safety.
