Job Details

Jobot is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on large-scale commercial projects, taking the lead in ensuring all aspects of the project are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Delivery: Oversee the planning and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they deliver high-quality work at all times.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks or issues that could impact the project and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the highest quality of construction and craftsmanship in mid-rise and high-end projects.

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management, preferably with a general contractor.
  • Education: A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations, as well as excellent leadership and team management skills.
