We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Riverside Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital in Yorktown, VA.
Responsibilities:- Partner with a Nursing Assistant to provide patient care and achieve outlined goals and milestones.
- Receive admissions and transfers, and conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
- Document patient information accurately and timely using EPIC.
- Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry.
- Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
- Promote continuous quality improvement and instruct patients and families.
- Valid State RN License required.
- BLS required at hire.
- BSN or enrollment in a BSN program preferred.
- Clinical experience preferred.
