Job Title: Dietitian (ND)

Altru Health is seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our team. As a Dietitian, you will play a vital role in assessing nutritional status, analyzing data, and making recommendations to ensure our patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform and document nutrition assessments, analyze data, and make clinical recommendations.
  • Develop and implement nutrition care plans, ensuring they are implemented by staff and reviewed on an ongoing basis.
  • Communicate patient concerns and problems with caregivers and provide follow-up services as needed.
  • Provide individual and group instruction, modifying educational approaches to meet special needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends in health and nutritional concerns.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of related experience.
  • Registered Dietitian certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Work Environment:

This is a part-time casual position with no set hours to cover scheduled PTO, call-ins, and picking up hours as needed. The Dietitian will work in a fast-paced environment, frequently standing, walking, and reaching. The ability to lift light weights and push/pull objects is required.
