Job Description: We are seeking a skilled ABA therapist/RBT to join our team in West Windsor, NJ. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with children with Autism and their families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Implement ABA therapy principles and procedures
  • Collect data and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors

Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with Autism
  • Strong understanding of ABA therapy principles and procedures
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license
