Nursing Professional Wanted for Orthopedic Unit Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Professional to join our team at Hyur Health. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a strong commitment to excellence.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work in an Orthopedic unit, where you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult patients with orthopedic and spine-related conditions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding outcomes.
The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid RN license and current registration
- Experience working in an Orthopedic or Telemetry unit (or similar setting)
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills, including IV insertion, blood draws, and medication administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
