Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with physical therapy exercises and activities

- Observe residents and write progress reports
- Provide education and support to residents on proper exercise techniques and equipment use
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Current State PTA license
- Experience in long-term-care settings preferred
