Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized care to residents based on their unique needs.
  • Monitor and document changes in residents' health conditions.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing and grooming.
  • Administer specialized healthcare services, such as medication management and vital sign checks.
  • Support daily living activities, including meal service and room maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Successful completion of a MN DHS Background Study.
  • Availability for weekend shifts is required.
  • Previous experience as a PCA or CNA is preferred; higher compensation available for certified CNAs.
