About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Meat Cutter to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in your area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations to provide high-quality products to our members.

  • Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, and interact with associates to understand their needs and provide support.

What We Offer:

At Sam's Club, we offer a competitive hourly wage range of $19.00 to $26.00, as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits, including health, financial, and paid time off benefits. We also offer a company-paid education benefit program, Live Better U, which provides tuition, books, and fees for full-time and part-time associates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6 months' experience working in a fresh production department.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Meat Processing Area experience.
