We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at Residence Inn Waynesboro. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our hotel rooms.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate guest check-in and check-out times
  • Ensure all rooms are cleaned to Marriott's established procedures
  • Restock housekeeping carts and closets daily
  • Monitor and report any damage, theft, or lost articles
  • Participate in morning meetings to discuss daily operations and receive assignments

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience

This is a full-time position requiring weekend and holiday work. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to lift 25 pounds, and be willing to work as part of a team.
