Software Developer

Resource Point Consulting Inc is seeking a skilled Software Developer to engage in the full software development life cycle (SDLC). This encompasses analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications, particularly focused on ERP implementations like Oracle, Workday, SAP and Peoplesoft. Key responsibilities include:

  • Database administration and data conversion to help global customers transition legacy data to cloud-based ERP systems.
  • Delivering solutions for the Data conversion and Data Integration team to channelize large chunks of data received from legacy systems to SuccessFactors load templates using ETL tools like SQL Server Integration Services and Informatica.
  • Developing hands-on proficiency in basic HCM configurations spanning modules including Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Time and Absence, and Payroll systems.
  • Engaging in designing, coding using Java, .NET, Python and debugging of web interfaces using technologies such as Angular Java, JSP, ASP.NET, C#.NET, and Silverlight.
  • Ability to debug and troubleshoot ERP systems like Workday, SAP, Oracle and Peoplesoft.
