We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our team at Calm Water Business Partner, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development of new products and improving existing processes in our custom molded rubber manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of new products and processes, ensuring they meet customer technical requirements and safety standards.
- Collaborate with operations, quality, safety, and customer service teams to drive process improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain process instructions, specifications, and BIM models to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Work with suppliers, tooling vendors, and customers to ensure material, process, and tooling meet customer requirements.
- Apply problem-solving, troubleshooting, and quality control skills to drive process improvements and reduce waste.
- Minimum of three years of Process Engineering experience in the rubber industry.
- Strong knowledge of rubber injection, compression, and transfer molding processes and equipment.
- Experience with ERP systems and solid modeling software.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
