Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Renewal By Andersen. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety Standards: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide coaching and training to production team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
