Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Methodist Hospital Northeast. As a key member of our Food and Nutrition Services department, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and evaluating all phases of nutritional care for inpatients and outpatients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform nutritional assessments, evaluations, and planning to ensure optimal patient care
  • Calculate and record meal patterns to meet individual patient needs
  • Maintain high standards of nutritional care and coordinate with all caregivers to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized meal plans to meet patient nutritional needs
  • Participate in daily operations of the Food and Nutrition Services department, including meal service, customer satisfaction, quality improvement projects, and department education
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition or related field
  • Licensed by the State of Texas or must obtain license within 4 months of hire
  • Registered/Registered eligible with the American Dietetic Association/Commission on Dietetic Registration
