Role Summary:
The Airport Lounge Supervisor serves as a proactive leader, dedicated to implementing policies, procedures, and brand standards to enhance guest satisfaction. This position involves coordinating both administrative and operational tasks of assigned team members within the premium lounge environment, specifically supporting the Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club. The Supervisor will oversee all front-of-house (FOH) staff during their shifts, ensuring exceptional hospitality service and operational excellence.

- Guest Relations: Uphold a friendly and courteous demeanor, ensuring the highest level of guest experience while addressing inquiries effectively.
- Hospitality Orientation: Focus on guest satisfaction and creating memorable experiences through warm and generous service.

- Multi-Tasking: Manage various responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining focus on priority tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise shifts, conduct pre-shift meetings, and document shift activities.

- Regularly interact with guests to guarantee satisfaction with their lounge experience.
- Coordinate team members in alignment with company policies and regulations.
- Direct the activities of up to 30 team members during peak times.
- Delegate tasks to staff and monitor completion.
- Provide coaching and training to FOH staff.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the lounge.
- Communicate positively with guests and staff, responding to requests appropriately.
- Maintain composure during busy periods and emergencies, serving as a role model.
- Ensure front desk staff greet guests warmly and address inquiries about lounge services.
- Resolve guest complaints efficiently to uphold high service standards.
- Support management in the hiring process for new staff.
- Collaborate with lounge managers to address service-related guest requests.
- Monitor beverage service to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements relevant to lounge operations.
- Maintain necessary certifications related to alcohol management and food safety.
- Perform administrative duties as needed.
- Ensure compliance with TSA and local airport authority regulations.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

- Composure under pressure and awareness of diverse environments.
- Professional appearance in line with service standards.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Successful completion of security background checks for airport access.
