Job Overview

Flourish Research is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. As a Clinical Research Nurse, you will play a critical role in conducting clinical trials and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Represent Flourish Research professionally when interacting with staff, sponsors, patients, and external medical personnel.
  • Accurately document patient assessments, test results, and study-related information while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulations.
  • Obtain informed consent, recruit qualified study subjects, and ensure protocol-specific visits and procedures are conducted in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate source documentation, complete case report forms (CRFs), and promptly report adverse events to the appropriate personnel.
  • Stay current with training and regulations, attending required courses and maintaining ongoing communication with the research team.
  • Take and accurately record patients' vital signs.
  • Document and review patient medications and maintain up-to-date medical records.
  • Provide clear explanations of procedures and treatments as directed by the trial protocol.
  • Maintain a high level of safety awareness for all patients.
  • Prepare patient rooms, equipment, and necessary supplies for procedures and visits.
  • Address patient inquiries and provide assistance with their needs in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • Must have a State of Florida RN License.
  • IV experience is required.
  • Preferably two years of experience as an RN.
  • Clinical research experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with the Principal Investigator, research team, Study Sponsor/CROs, and patients.
