Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Infrastructure Administration: Install, configure, maintain, and monitor on-premises and cloud infrastructure using best practices.
  • Backup and Recovery Strategies: Establish and maintain backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement and manage security policies and procedures to protect the cloud infrastructure.
  • Microsoft 365 Administration: Administer and manage Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Automation and Scripting: Develop and implement scripts and tools to automate systems workflows.
  • Domain Management: Maintain on-premises and Azure Active Directory domains.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems related to both systems and cloud infrastructure.
  • Security and Governance: Secure information systems enforcing organization security and privacy policies and procedures.
  • Research and Development: Research and evaluate new products and services.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain system documentation of cloud infrastructure, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: Must have at least two (2) years of experience programming web and mobile applications using JavaScript, Angular, HTML5, CSS, and other languages for the Esri ArcGIS platform and two (2) years of experience using GIS applications, tools, and resources, including geodatabase configuration and management, geoprocessing, ArcGIS API for JavaScript, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Server.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science from an accredited college or university or experience that may be deemed the equivalent of such professional education.
  • Skills: Ability to rapidly acquire and retain knowledge of administrative and procedural regulations. Proven attention to detail, reliability, outstanding organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple projects under minimal supervision.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
