Physiatry Clinician in Post-Acute Care

We are seeking a dedicated Physiatry Clinician to join our team at Comprehensive Rehab Consultants. This part-time, 24-hour role is based in Sandisfield, MA, and offers a competitive hourly rate of $55-$75.

This exciting opportunity allows you to enhance and restore functional ability and quality of life for patients with physical impairments and disabilities. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Physiatry Clinician, you will:

• Provide specialized Physiatry/PM&R services as a rehab consultant
• Represent CRC in your facility through strong clinical leadership and collaboration
• Manage conditions common in SNFs such as CVA, progressive neurological conditions, and postoperative orthopedic surgeries
• Work alongside PT, OT, and SLP teams to improve patient function and quality of life

You will also have the opportunity to engage in culture building opportunities and ongoing education, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest developments in rehabilitative medicine.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Nurse Practitioner License
• Massachusetts License
• Ability to work in the U.S.
