About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Interim HealthCare Duluth. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a variety of healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and hygiene services to patients, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily needs, such as eating and nutritional intake, ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
  • Monitor patient vitals, intake/output, and blood glucose levels, and document any changes.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, RNs, LPNs, and aides, to deliver excellent patient care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Minnesota.
  • Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience in a medical facility.
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Compassionate nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
