Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative at Central Network Retail Group - Marvin's, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in identifying their needs and providing them with accurate information and product suggestions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Welcome every customer with a friendly smile and an open-ended question to understand their needs better.
  • Active Listening: Engage with customers to fully comprehend their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Product Guidance: Direct customers to the appropriate merchandise that meets their specific needs.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Enhance customer confidence by offering detailed product knowledge and technical support related to the selection, usage, and installation of products.
  • Sales Operations: Handle sales counter tasks including order entry, special orders, and pricing inquiries.
  • Telephone Support: Respond to customer calls with professionalism, ensuring their inquiries are addressed effectively.
  • Merchandising: Organize and display products on shelves according to established guidelines.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide store management with recommendations for new products based on customer insights.
  • Order Processing: Accurately write and process sales and special orders using the point-of-sale system.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in inventory checks as per the management's schedule.
  • Stock Maintenance: Ensure shelves are stocked with incoming products as needed.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain a clean and organized sales area to create a positive shopping environment.
  • Customer Assistance: Help customers load their purchases when necessary.
  • Issue Reporting: Utilize the Resource Center to report pricing discrepancies or product issues.

Safety and Security:

  • Maintain awareness of company security protocols and practices.
  • Recognize and report any suspicious activities to management.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and participate in safety meetings.
