Radiology Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Tech to join our team at Aequor Technologies. As a Radiology Tech, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients, ensuring the highest image quality and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities- Operate MRI equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients as per physician orders.
- Prepare patients for MRI procedures, explaining the process and addressing concerns.
- Monitor and assess patients during MRI procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of procedures, including patient data and imaging results.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret and analyze images.
- Perform routine maintenance on MRI equipment and troubleshoot any issues.
- Adhere to radiation safety standards and practices.
- Strong understanding of MRI imaging procedures and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Proficiency with computers and radiology information systems (RIS) for accurate data entry and image management.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and positioning patients.
- Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) with a specialization in MRI (ARRT-MR).
- Active [STATE] Radiology Technologist License in good standing.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiology Tech - MRI or in a similar role.
