Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our team at Adventist HealthCare Home Health Southern Maryland. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' communication and swallowing disorders, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve their quality of life.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $43,700 - $65,600 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, prescription, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their eligible dependents; employer-paid short- and long-term disability, basic life insurance, and AD&D; paid time off; and employer retirement contributions and matching.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's, master's, or doctorate in speech-language pathology from an accredited program;
  • At least one year of experience in home health or a related field;
  • A valid driver's license with agency insurance requirements;
  • Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;
  • An active Maryland license.
