Mobility Services Associate

We are seeking a Mobility Services Associate to join our team at Mercy Health. In this critical role, you will be responsible for transporting clients in wheelchairs between locations while ensuring their safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:
- Transport clients in wheelchairs to and from appointments and hospital discharges
- Operate ambulette vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction
- Care for vehicle and equipment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and 1-3 years of experience preferred
- AHA Healthcare Provider BLS certification (or gained within 30 days of hire)
