Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on CNC machinery, specifically Haas, Dooson, and Mori Seiki models, to maintain peak performance and reduce operational interruptions.
  • Executing preventive maintenance duties, including lubrication, calibration, and inspections, to avert equipment malfunctions and prolong the lifespan of machinery.
  • Identifying mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems utilizing various tools and diagnostic instruments.
  • Working closely with the production team to swiftly and effectively resolve equipment challenges.
  • Maintaining precise records and documentation of all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Proposing and implementing enhancements to improve machine efficiency and dependability.
  • Assisting with the installation and configuration of new CNC machinery as required.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a CNC Equipment Maintenance Specialist, ideally with hands-on expertise in Haas, Dooson, and Mori Seiki equipment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of CNC machinery operations, mechanics, electronics, and control systems.
  • Expertise in diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical issues associated with CNC machinery.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and reporting maintenance tasks.

This role operates on the first shift, providing an opportunity to engage with state-of-the-art CNC equipment in a vibrant manufacturing setting. Overtime may be available but is not mandatory.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $30 to $32.
