Job Summary:
Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Psychologist to join our team in North Carolina. As a School Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychological assessments, individual and group counseling services, and collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement effective interventions and support plans.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students' strengths, challenges, and needs, and provide recommendations for interventions and support.
- Provide individual and group counseling services to students dealing with academic, social, emotional, or behavioral issues, and develop and implement counseling plans to address these issues.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement effective interventions and support plans, and provide training and support to teachers and staff on topics related to student behavior and academic performance.
- Assist in the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and provide support to students and families in implementing these plans.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
- Valid North Carolina state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a School Psychologist in a school or educational setting.
