About the Position

SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality speech-language pathology services to patients of all ages, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders, and develop treatment plans to address these issues.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on communication and swallowing strategies, as well as on the use of augmentative and alternative communication devices.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
  • Experience working with patients of all ages, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to travel to assigned locations, with flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules.
