  • Providing supportive services and performing duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living in accordance with care plans and established policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with patient care tasks, such as lifting, turning, positioning, transporting, bathing, and feeding.
  • Coordinating dining services, including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
  • Reporting any changes in a resident's condition to the nurse supervisor and maintaining confidentiality of protected health information.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An active CNA Certification for the applicable state.
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification.
