Salary Information
The annual salary for this position is estimated at $90,000 - $110,000, based on factors such as work experience, education, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.

Job Description
This role requires a seasoned technology leader to oversee the assessment, design, development, implementation, support, and management of technology-based information systems across the organization. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Providing technical guidance, counsel, and direction to staff members to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of computer and network equipment, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Developing and maintaining security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Maintaining databases, internal and external networks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the phone system.
  • Researching, proposing, bidding, and purchasing new hardware and software solutions to support organizational growth and changing needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Additional requirements include:
  • A minimum bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in server hardware and network infrastructure design and implementation.
  • 3+ years of management experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong technical skills in areas such as Python, Java, SSH Configuration, and cloud security tools.
