This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our residential sales team and drive business growth. You will have the chance to work closely with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client relationships and developing sales strategies.
  • Conducting site evaluations to assess customers' communication needs.
  • Installing video products, routers, switches, TVs, and cables to connect customers to our video relay service.
  • Delivering training sessions on video relay services, product features, and benefits.
  • Providing ongoing support to assigned customers.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales and customer management.
  • Strong technical skills, including an understanding of the internet, firewalls, routers, modems, switches, and hubs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
