Behavioral Health Team Lead

Job Summary:

As a key member of our Behavioral Health team, you will be responsible for overseeing a small group or program, with both administrative and client caseload responsibilities. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with staff and stakeholders to achieve program goals.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program budgets and recommendations.
  • Contribute to hiring decisions and provide input on staffing and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee program design and implementation, including monitoring access indicators and utilization management.
  • Collaborate with staff to provide coaching and support, and ensure high-quality client care.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of post-license experience as a member of a psychiatric treatment team in an outpatient setting/program under licensed supervision.
  • Masters degree in applied behavioral science required.
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California) OR Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California) required.
Additional Requirements:
  • Knowledge of state regulations regarding ethics, treatment, patient rights, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

Work Environment:

This role is based in California, with a primary location in Fresno. The scheduled weekly hours are 40, with a day shift and flexible work arrangements.
