We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Rancho Valencia Resort.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dishroom, ensuring that all dishes, pots, and pans are washed and sanitized on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishroom, including washing and sanitizing dishes, pots, and pans on a daily basis.
  • Operate dishwashing machines and ensure they are maintained in good working order.
  • Handle heavy lifting and bending while working in the dishroom.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis. A high level of physical fitness is essential for this role.
