Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of data from various sources.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of received information, addressing any discrepancies.
- Input essential data into multiple databases, documents, or spreadsheets with precision.
- Establish and maintain organized case/project files.
- Oversee the validation and verification processes for case files and data systems.
- Monitor the status of case files to ensure adherence to established timelines.
- Manage requests for supplementary information as necessary.
- Select pertinent information from diverse sources to prepare documents, reports, summaries, and responses, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.
- Process, transfer, compute, and print information as required.
- Draft and modify reports and correspondence using word processing software.
- Provide timely and accurate updates on case statuses.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Telework Eligibility: This position requires onsite work and is not currently approved for telework.

Position Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or High School Diploma/GED with two years of relevant experience.
- Minimum one year of experience in asset forfeiture or a related law enforcement field.
- Ability to understand the organizational structure and functions of the agency.
- Demonstrated skills in project and workload management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Competence in reviewing, interpreting, and extracting data from complex documents.
- Meticulous attention to detail and data entry skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; advanced skills preferred.
- Proven commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment.
