Are you known for your friendly demeanor? Nebraska Cancer Specialists is in search of a dedicated individual to manage incoming calls, prioritize inquiries, and coordinate patient appointments. This role is situated within our Information Center, collaborating with a team of six professionals.
Compensation Package:
$500 Sign-on Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly and courteously manage a multi-line phone system.
- Coordinate appointments, scans, and treatments using an electronic scheduling platform.
- Accurately record and relay messages.
- Engage with relevant personnel while ensuring patient confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues, healthcare providers, and hospital staff to ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong communication skills, both courteous and clear.
- Experience in a call center environment.
- Background in customer service or a busy medical setting.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Proficient typing skills and computer literacy.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
