Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical leadership and direction to our team of healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement medical strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of medical services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Compensation and Benefits
  • $275,000 Base Salary
  • $50,000 Signing Bonus
  • $20,000 Collaboration/Supervision for up to four Nurse Practitioners
  • $7,500/year for Optional Weeknight Call Rotation
  • $2,500/weekend for Optional Weekend Inpatient Rounds with CRNPs
  • $1,000/month per D.O. Student for Optional Teaching Stipend, paid directly from D.O. School
