Installation Supervisor

Job Description: As an Installation Supervisor with Interior Logic Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of various projects across multiple trades in the Atlanta market. You will manage installation processes on job sites, coordinate with independent contractors, and conduct inspections and quality control to ensure work meets specifications and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage installation processes on job sites, including tracking materials and ensuring quality installations.
• Coordinate with independent contractors to meet builder timelines and requirements while ensuring compliance with all safety and OSHA regulations.
• Conduct inspections and quality control to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members as needed.
• Serve as a field expert to support the Customer Service Department and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in trades such as tile, wood, vinyl, carpet, countertops, and cabinets.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams or crews in a construction environment.
• Clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Proficient in the use of computers, handheld devices, and tablets.

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
