We are currently seeking a highly motivated Dining Server to join our team at The Clare Estate, an Award-Winning 10-acre property located in Bordentown, NJ.

This is a Part-Time position, offering $10/hour with benefits including Medical, Dental, PTO and Paid Sick Leave, eligible 30 days after employment, and 401k eligibility after 1 year of employment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Serving experience; preferably in an Assisted Living/Memory Care Facility
• The ability to physically assist Residents in need
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain good interpersonal relationships

Your responsibilities will include serving meals to assigned sections, taking attendance at meal time, cleaning up after meals, and assisting Residents as needed.

You will also be responsible for reporting absentees to the Wellness Center and noticing Residents' eating habits and reporting any concerns to the Wellness Center.
