We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Supervisor to join our team at HP Hood. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of our distribution team, including route planning, scheduling, and driver supervision.
  • Monitor and analyze distribution metrics, including on-time delivery rates, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of distribution operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including DOT regulations and OSHA standards.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a distribution or logistics role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • CDL license preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
