• Follow recipes and product directions to produce high-quality baked goods
• Measure and mix baking ingredients using a variety of devices
• Prepare items from scratch or box-scratch, including breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits, pies, cakes, cookies, pastries, and other desserts
• Check production and maintain accurate records to plan production requirements
• Requisition supplies and equipment as needed
• Follow all applicable food regulatory rules and procedures

2+ years of related work experience in baking and pastry capacity
