Your primary responsibilities will include inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing machinery and mechanical equipment, as well as performing various facilities maintenance activities.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and similar problems on machinery/equipment and perform timely repairs.
  • Inspect, diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment.
  • Perform various facilities maintenance activities, including building/facility maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Establish appropriate frequency and perform regular preventative maintenance activities on a limited amount of equipment in the facility.
  • Maintain accurate records of all inspections, tests, and repairs.
  • Coordinate and make recommendations on work-related contracts and services.
  • Supervise outside contractors when needed for mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance.
  • Participate, support, and comply with all Health, Safety, Quality and Lean initiatives and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate mechanical and technical aptitude.
  • 1-3 years experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
  • College degree or certificate in a technical area or related field.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
