About the Role

The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to increase revenue. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or account management, preferably in the sports industry. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bulk Sales: Coordinate and execute group ticket sales for the Cubs
  • Sponsorship Development: Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities with local businesses
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with current clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or account management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A strong understanding of the sports industry and its trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
