About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our Family Preservation Services Program in the Hays area. As a Therapist, you will work with children and families to provide trauma-informed support and guidance, focusing on self-regulation, communication, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and family therapy in home, school, and community settings.
  • Develop treatment plans based on evidence-based assessments.
  • Collaborate with public/private agencies and community partners.
  • Support families in crisis with 24-hour on-call rotation and interventions.
  • Ensure timely documentation for client case records and reports.
  • Coordinate long-term service needs with Behavioral Health and other staff.
  • Use technology to maintain electronic client files and data.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • BSRB licensure required (LMSW, LMLP, LMFT, LCP, LPC); clinical licensure preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience working with children and families in behavioral/emotional support.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency driving standards.
  • Ability to develop client-focused interventions and manage multiple cases.
