Key Responsibilities:

  • Membership Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting membership packages and services to potential customers.
  • Customer Greeting and Check-in: Welcome members and guests with a smile, check them in according to company procedures, and facilitate any messages on club software.
  • Phone and Communication: Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner, communicate special events to members and guests, and maintain a professional disposition at all times.
  • Member Services: Schedule member services, tanning, hydro-massage, and other amenities, and facilitate payment according to company procedures.
  • Facility Knowledge: Maintain a thorough knowledge of the club facility, services, and schedules, and be able to provide accurate information to members and guests.
