Your Role:

As a Logistics Vehicle Operator, you will assist in the transportation of materials, equipment, and merchandise to designated locations, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with established protocols.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of all items to recipients within a specified timeframe.
  • Adhere to traffic regulations and follow established transportation guidelines.
  • Inspect and verify inventory loads against shipping documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Ensure proper securing of loads prior to departure.
  • Document and manage an electronic chain of custody for all transfers.
  • Confirm recipient details and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery.
  • Facilitate the return of items within the designated timeframe.
  • Handle hazardous materials and ensure safe transportation of sensitive packages.
  • Collect and transport excess property to designated storage locations.
  • Coordinate the pickup of reserved items as notified.
  • Scan items for tracking purposes before and after delivery.

Qualifications:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience operating commercial vehicles.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and procedures.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
