Job Description: IMA North America Inc is looking for a skilled Receivables Specialist to join our finance team. As a Receivables Specialist, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, generating customer invoices, and resolving billing discrepancies.

About the Role: The Receivables Specialist will work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely payment processing. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate accurate and timely customer invoices.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate customer files and records.
  • Research and analyze customer accounts to identify potential issues.
  • Contact delinquent customers to secure payment.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • SAP experience preferred.
